I have started a new YouTube channel specifically targeting fishing of all species, fishing rigs, fishing tackle, and fishing gear. I have 4 YouTube channels all together but this one will only be fishing related. If you or any of your friends are into fishing you should head over and check it out. Somtimes its better then Fishing

Sometimes when I head out to the river or lake to do some much needed catfishing. I do not do to good because the bite is slow or the fish just aren't biting at all. I use this time to clean up the areas that I like to fish the most. You wouldn't believe how many people come in and trash the out doors.. They have no respect for other people or for Mother Nature. These people make me sick to my stomach. I haven't figured out exactly why they do it or what their thought process is yet. Maybe I will figure it out one day. I have picked up everything from Beer cans, Baby diapers, TV's, Tires you name it and people will dump it off in places were it is suppose to be beautiful nature scenery and quiet clean areas. It really saddens me to see this :( Here is a short video of one of the instances I encountered earlier this December.

After cleaning up this spot I moved to another spot to try some more fishing and it was trashed even worse then this spot :( I went ahead and cleaned it all up as well. I used every bag in my truck and ended up have to just start putting stuff in my truck to haul away. I hope that this short blog opens a few peoples eyes and get other people out cleaning up our children and Grandchildren's future fishing spots.

I hope to see a few folks share this blog or video to help get the word out and to see if we can ban together and help keep our Rivers, Lakes and favorite fishing spots clean. Cat Fishing Is The Best

I caught this catfish at Bagnel Dam at Lake Ozark in Missouri, I caught it on cut Bluegill with a #8 circle hood and 35 pound test line spooled onto a Penn senator reel mounted to a Shakespeare MH Ugly Stik Tiger rod.

I absolutely love fishing for catfish :) I find it so fun to fight a very large catfish on a rod and reel. I have caught them anywhere from under a pound up to 30+ pounds. I will attach a few photos of some of the catfish I have caught Large and small this year. I fish for catfish year round so I am always taking new photos and videos and uploading them to my Missouri Agitater YouTube and Facebook Page. Here are a few more fish small and large that I have caught and kept for dinner.  like fresh fried catfish I do tend to keep a few. I will blog a few excellent recipes for fried catfish soon.
